I started writing a yearbook last year and was shocked to discover just how feasible some of my wishes were.

I was not even aware of some of my wishes because I had not reflected enough, and there were many things I did not think were possible, until I wrote my wishes down and took small steps to make them happen.

Now I have achieved many of my goals and desires, both large and small. One of my bigger wishes is now started and I will complete it by the end of March 2015.

The e-book contains 2 parts

Part 1: Reflections on your wishes with space for your own notes.

Part 2: Two specific tips for each month. A lifestyle tip and a tip for greater awareness.
